Personal Training

Personal Training is more than a series of one-on-one sessions. At Next Level Fitness Academy, Personal Training is a physical, psychological and emotional experience where you first increase your level of base conditioning before progressing to increase physical and cognitive skills.

Every training program is customized to address your unique fitness profile, enabling you to increase your fitness level as defined in partnership with your trainer. You’ll not only feel more powerful, you’ll be empowered to do more – and be more.

Next Level Fitness Academy offers elite Personal Trainers. Our trainers not only serve as your gateway to fitness, but act as a coach, nutritional expert, motivator and educator. We believe in holistic fitness and share with you our extensive knowledge in all realms of health. Our passion as trainers is to facilitate your journey through the hard workouts and life changes while watching you achieve your goals. Our effective program is four fold:

  1. Fitness evaluation
    This is a series of tests designed to assess cardiovascular fitness, body-fat percentage, flexibility and muscular strength and endurance.
  2. Personalized exercise program
    An individualized exercise program is designed based on the individual's fitness evaluation results and personal fitness and health goals.
  3. Supervised exercise
    Personal attention during exercise is the primary function of personal trainers. Our Clients are given a detailed orientation that addresses the aerobic, strength and flexibility components of the exercise program, and are educated about the fundamentals of strength and aerobic training, as well as the proper and safe execution of functional movements.
  4. Goal setting and achievement
    Our trainers will help you set weekly/monthly goals that are outside of your current fitness level. These steps will lead to you your ideal body and level of fitness/health.

Next Level Fitness Academy’s Personal training program is not an easy journey. Your trainers will have reasonable, but very high expectations for you and your effort. Nothing will work unless you do! Let us get you where you want to be!
