Class instructors at the Academy have a total of 33 years experience training, teaching and successfully connecting people to a healthy lifestyle. Through diverse class options, skilled and highly motivational trainers and a network of people working to achieve goals, we believe you will find all of your workouts at Next Level Fitness Academy exhilarating and incredibly effective.
What We Do
We create effective fitness by approaching training with diversity, mental and physical challenge, spiritual development, nutritional emphasis, and lifetime commitment to one’s health. You will not find a leg extension machine or other ‘spot training’ equipment in the academy; all of our fitness programs focus on strength of the entire body and mind. We offer strength and performance training, Boot Camp classes, Selah Strength, core training, and personal training. We believe in the power of group fitness and the power of the individual mind.
To achieve results, you must find a place where your body is challenged and you can believe in accomplishments. Leaving the "I can’t" behind and believing in your personal ability is key in our training to help you achieve your outcomes. We give you the knowledge, environment and motivation to begin your life long commitment to health.
